At MuffinCake Bakery, every muffin is baked fresh to order using high-quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any muffins, including:
- Individual muffins
- 4-packs, 6-packs, or 12-packs
- Vegan, sugar-free, or high-protein varieties
Order Accuracy
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We’ll review the situation and make it right when appropriate.
Allergy & Ingredient Notice
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before ordering. MuffinCake Bakery is not liable for reactions or dissatisfaction due to personal taste, dietary restrictions, or allergies.
Cancellations
Because we bake to order, cancellations are allowed within 1 hour of placing an order. After that window, all orders are final.
